Cela peut englober des caract\u00e9ristiques telles que les reliefs du terrain dans une r\u00e9gion sp\u00e9cifique. Le MNE est un concept global qui peut couvrir non seulement l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation du terrain, mais aussi toutes les couches au-dessus de celui-ci, comme la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation ou les constructions. Lorsque l&rsquo;information est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation du terrain, le terme <strong><em>Mod\u00e8le Num\u00e9rique de Terrain<\/em><\/strong> (MNT) est employ\u00e9. Il fournit des donn\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation de chaque point du sol. Si l&rsquo;information se rapporte \u00e0 la hauteur maximale au-dessus du sol dans chaque cellule, alors le MNT est d\u00e9sign\u00e9 comme un <strong><em>Mod\u00e8le Num\u00e9rique de Surface<\/em><\/strong> (MNS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les paysages naturels sont trop complexes pour \u00eatre mod\u00e9lis\u00e9s analytiquement, ce qui signifie que les informations sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bas\u00e9es sur des \u00e9chantillons. Dans l&rsquo;id\u00e9al, un mod\u00e8le \u00ab\u00a0authentique\u00a0\u00bb inclurait \u00e9galement une m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;interpolation qui permettrait d&rsquo;obtenir des valeurs d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation entre les \u00e9chantillons, mais cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas accessible \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur final. Les sp\u00e9cifications d&rsquo;un MNE sont \u00e9galement d\u00e9finies \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de donn\u00e9es auxiliaires. Ces sp\u00e9cifications, qui d\u00e9crivent le jeu de donn\u00e9es, sont essentielles pour permettre aux utilisateurs d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der, de transmettre et d&rsquo;analyser les donn\u00e9es. Elles englobent plusieurs caract\u00e9ristiques qui sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme essentielles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sp\u00e9cifications d&rsquo;un MNE comprennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux types de param\u00e8tres. D&rsquo;une part, les sp\u00e9cifications standard relatives \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation ne diff\u00e8rent pas de celles des cartes analogiques, elles englobent typiquement des param\u00e8tres g\u00e9od\u00e9siques tels que l&rsquo;ellipso\u00efde, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigterritoires.fr\/index.php\/projection-qgis-crs\/\">projection<\/a>, l&rsquo;origine des altitudes, ainsi que la localisation g\u00e9ographique, comme les coordonn\u00e9es des coins. La seule exception est l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, qui n&rsquo;a pas de signification dans le contexte des cartes num\u00e9riques. D&rsquo;autre part, un MNE est un produit num\u00e9rique qui requiert des sp\u00e9cifications pour \u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 comme une grille altim\u00e9trique. Ces sp\u00e9cifications englobent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le format num\u00e9rique, incluant le type de donn\u00e9es (entier, caract\u00e8re, r\u00e9el, etc.) et sa longueur (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 2 octets).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La signification des valeurs num\u00e9riques, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de mesure (m\u00e8tre ou pied), et dans certains cas, les coefficients d&rsquo;une loi de conversion. Par exemple, une transformation lin\u00e9aire peut adapter les valeurs \u00e0 un intervalle sp\u00e9cifique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La structure de la grille, qui peut \u00eatre irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re (comme les r\u00e9seaux triangulaires irr\u00e9guliers ou les courbes de niveau num\u00e9ris\u00e9es) ou r\u00e9guli\u00e8re (typiquement une grille r\u00e9guli\u00e8re avec des cellules carr\u00e9es).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans le cas d&rsquo;une grille r\u00e9guli\u00e8re avec des cellules carr\u00e9es, qui est la structure la plus courante, une sp\u00e9cification importante est la taille de la cellule, bien qu&rsquo;il ne faille pas la confondre avec la r\u00e9solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En somme, le Mod\u00e8le Num\u00e9rique d&rsquo;\u00c9l\u00e9vation est une repr\u00e9sentation num\u00e9rique de la topographie d&rsquo;une zone donn\u00e9e, incluant les objets en hauteur. Ses sp\u00e9cifications sont essentielles pour interpr\u00e9ter correctement les donn\u00e9es contenues dans le mod\u00e8le.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique de surface (MNS)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0Mod\u00e8le Num\u00e9rique de Surface\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> (MNS ou en anglais Digital Surface Model &#8211; DSM) est un concept cl\u00e9 en Syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;Information G\u00e9ographique (SIG) et en t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection. Il repr\u00e9sente une repr\u00e9sentation num\u00e9rique d&rsquo;une surface terrestre, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du sol jusqu&rsquo;au sommet des objets pr\u00e9sents sur cette surface, tels que les b\u00e2timents, les arbres, etc. Le MNS est utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9crire l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation ou l&rsquo;altitude du terrain et des objets qui le surplombent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques points cl\u00e9s \u00e0 propos du Mod\u00e8le Num\u00e9rique de Surface en SIG :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9finition du MNS : Le MNS est un mod\u00e8le math\u00e9matique tridimensionnel qui associe des valeurs d&rsquo;altitude \u00e0 chaque point sur une surface terrestre et sur tous les objets qui s&rsquo;y trouvent, tels que les b\u00e2timents, les arbres, les voitures, etc. Ces valeurs d&rsquo;altitude peuvent \u00eatre repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par des points, des pixels ou des mailles, selon la m\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e pour cr\u00e9er le MNS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acquisition des donn\u00e9es : Les donn\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er un MNS peuvent \u00eatre collect\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de diverses sources, telles que des relev\u00e9s topographiques sur le terrain, des images satellitaires ou a\u00e9riennes, des donn\u00e9es LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) ou d&rsquo;autres techniques de t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection. Les relev\u00e9s LiDAR sont particuli\u00e8rement populaires pour cr\u00e9er des MNS de haute r\u00e9solution et pr\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilisation du MNS : Le Mod\u00e8le Num\u00e9rique de Surface est utilis\u00e9 dans de nombreux domaines d&rsquo;application, notamment en am\u00e9nagement du territoire, en cartographie, en gestion des ressources naturelles, en \u00e9tude d&rsquo;\u00e9cologie, en planification urbaine, en gestion des inondations, en g\u00e9nie civil, en planification de r\u00e9seaux de communication, etc. Il permet d&rsquo;obtenir des informations sur les caract\u00e9ristiques du terrain, la hauteur des b\u00e2timents, les zones \u00e0 risque d&rsquo;inondation, la pente du terrain, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diff\u00e9rences avec le Mod\u00e8le Num\u00e9rique de Terrain (MNT) : Il est important de ne pas confondre le MNS avec le Mod\u00e8le Num\u00e9rique de Terrain (MNT). Le MNT repr\u00e9sente uniquement la surface du terrain naturel, sans tenir compte des objets qui s&rsquo;y trouvent comme les b\u00e2timents ou les v\u00e9g\u00e9tations. Le MNT est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement obtenu en supprimant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments en hauteur, tels que les b\u00e2timents et les arbres, du MNS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traitement des donn\u00e9es : La cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un MNS peut n\u00e9cessiter un traitement complexe des donn\u00e9es pour filtrer les points inutiles, r\u00e9duire le bruit, combler les lacunes et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une repr\u00e9sentation continue du terrain. Diff\u00e9rentes techniques de traitement, telles que l&rsquo;interpolation, le filtrage, la fusion de donn\u00e9es multi-sources, peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er un MNS de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le Mod\u00e8le Num\u00e9rique de Surface (MNS) est une repr\u00e9sentation num\u00e9rique compl\u00e8te d&rsquo;une surface terrestre, y compris les \u00e9l\u00e9ments en hauteur tels que les b\u00e2timents et les arbres. Il est largement utilis\u00e9 dans les SIG pour de nombreuses applications et offre des informations pr\u00e9cieuses sur la topographie et la morphologie du paysage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Donn\u00e9es class\u00e9es ou donn\u00e9es brutes?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La g\u00e9n\u00e9rations d&rsquo;un MNS \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un nuage de points LIDAR peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s simple ou plus compliqu\u00e9e selon le type de donn\u00e9es utilis\u00e9es. C&rsquo;est points c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on d\u00e9nomme le \u00ab\u00a0bruit\u00a0\u00bb du nuage. Comme nous l&rsquo;avons d\u00e9crit  dans l&rsquo;introduction de l&rsquo;article, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique de surface fait appel \u00e0 un processus d&rsquo;interpolation.  Si pour certains traitement le bruit n&rsquo;est pas un probl\u00e8me, d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;interpoler des valeurs, ces points vont affecter le r\u00e9sultat de mani\u00e8re assez spectaculaire. On pourra utiliser un outil natif de QGis, LAStools ou WhiteboxTools pour r\u00e9aliser le MNS. Nous verrons cela dans le prochain chapitre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici nous allons traiter un nuage brut avec du bruit et nous allons utiliser CloudCompare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calculer un mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique de surface (MNS) avec CloudCompare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;avantage d&rsquo;utiliser CloudCompare pour r\u00e9aliser ce traitement est le fait de pouvoir contr\u00f4ler visuellement la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9limination du bruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous partons d&rsquo;un nuage de points non class\u00e9 de &lsquo;SOR filter&rsquo; qui ressemble beaucoup au S.O.R. (Statistical Outlier Removal) de la biblioth\u00e8que PCL. Il calcule d&rsquo;abord la distance moyenne de chaque point \u00e0 ses voisins (en consid\u00e9rant k voisins les plus proches pour chacun &#8211; k est le premier param\u00e8tre). Ensuite, il rejette les points qui sont plus \u00e9loign\u00e9s que la distance moyenne plus un certain nombre de fois l&rsquo;\u00e9cart type (deuxi\u00e8me param\u00e8tre). Ce filtre peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un filtre passe-bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour estimer la surface (plane) sous-jacente, l&rsquo;utilisateur peut d\u00e9finir un rayon ou un nombre (constant) de voisins. L&rsquo;utilisateur a \u00e9galement le choix entre une erreur relative (comme S.O.R.) et une erreur absolue. Les points isol\u00e9s peuvent \u00e9ventuellement \u00eatre supprim\u00e9s au cours de la m\u00eame ex\u00e9cution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans notre cas, l&rsquo;utilisation du filtre SOR est beaucoup plus efficace. nous pouvons ouvrir le dialogue de l&rsquo;outil las2dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LAS2dem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet outil permet d&rsquo;interpoler un nuage de points, en utilisant le Z des points. Dans l&rsquo;exemple que nous sommes en train de suivre, avec un nuage de points LIDAR non class\u00e9, nous avons class\u00e9 le bruit dans la classe 7.
