Isso pode incluir recursos como o relevo do terreno em uma regi\u00e3o espec\u00edfica. O DEM \u00e9 um conceito global que pode abranger n\u00e3o apenas a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o do terreno, mas tamb\u00e9m todas as camadas acima dele, como vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o ou edif\u00edcios. Quando as informa\u00e7\u00f5es se limitam \u00e0 eleva\u00e7\u00e3o do solo, usa-se o termo <strong><em>Modelo Digital de Terreno<\/em><\/strong> (DTM). Ele fornece dados sobre a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o de cada ponto no solo. Se as informa\u00e7\u00f5es estiverem relacionadas \u00e0 altura m\u00e1xima acima do n\u00edvel do solo em cada c\u00e9lula, o DTM ser\u00e1 chamado de <strong><em>Modelo Digital de Superf\u00edcie<\/em><\/strong> (DSM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As paisagens naturais s\u00e3o muito complexas para serem modeladas analiticamente, o que significa que as informa\u00e7\u00f5es geralmente s\u00e3o baseadas em amostras. Idealmente, um modelo \u00ab\u00a0aut\u00eantico\u00a0\u00bb tamb\u00e9m incluiria um m\u00e9todo de interpola\u00e7\u00e3o que permitiria a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de valores de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o entre amostras, mas essa funcionalidade geralmente n\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para o usu\u00e1rio final. As especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de um DEM tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o definidas usando dados auxiliares. Essas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es, que descrevem o conjunto de dados, s\u00e3o essenciais para que os usu\u00e1rios possam acessar, transmitir e analisar os dados. Elas abrangem v\u00e1rias caracter\u00edsticas consideradas essenciais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de um DEM geralmente incluem dois tipos de par\u00e2metros. Por um lado, as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o padr\u00e3o n\u00e3o diferem daquelas dos mapas anal\u00f3gicos e normalmente incluem par\u00e2metros geod\u00e9sicos, como elipsoide, proje\u00e7\u00e3o, origem das eleva\u00e7\u00f5es, bem como localiza\u00e7\u00e3o geogr\u00e1fica, como coordenadas de canto. A \u00fanica exce\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a escala, que n\u00e3o tem significado no contexto dos mapas digitais. Por outro lado, um DEM \u00e9 um produto digital que requer especifica\u00e7\u00f5es para ser interpretado como uma grade de altura. Essas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es incluem :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O formato num\u00e9rico, incluindo o tipo de dados (inteiro, caractere, real etc.) e seu comprimento (geralmente 2 bytes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O significado dos valores num\u00e9ricos, ou seja, a unidade de medida (metro ou p\u00e9) e, em alguns casos, os coeficientes de uma lei de convers\u00e3o. Por exemplo, uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o linear pode adaptar os valores a um intervalo espec\u00edfico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A estrutura da grade, que pode ser irregular (como grades triangulares irregulares ou linhas de contorno digitalizadas) ou regular (normalmente uma grade regular com c\u00e9lulas quadradas).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No caso de uma grade regular com c\u00e9lulas quadradas, que \u00e9 a estrutura mais comum, uma especifica\u00e7\u00e3o importante \u00e9 o tamanho da c\u00e9lula, embora isso n\u00e3o deva ser confundido com a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Em resumo, o Modelo Digital de Eleva\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o digital da topografia de uma determinada \u00e1rea, incluindo objetos em altura. Suas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o essenciais para a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o correta dos dados contidos no modelo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O Modelo Digital de Superf\u00edcie (DSM)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong><em>Modelo Digital de Superf\u00edcie<\/em><\/strong> (DSM) \u00e9 um conceito fundamental em Sistemas de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Geogr\u00e1ficas (GIS) e sensoriamento remoto. Ele representa uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o digital de uma superf\u00edcie terrestre, geralmente do solo at\u00e9 o topo dos objetos presentes nessa superf\u00edcie, como edif\u00edcios, \u00e1rvores etc. O DSM \u00e9 usado para descrever a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o ou a altitude do terreno e dos objetos acima dele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veja a seguir alguns pontos importantes sobre o Modelo Digital de Superf\u00edcie no GIS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o de um DSM: O DSM \u00e9 um modelo matem\u00e1tico tridimensional que associa valores de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o a cada ponto em uma superf\u00edcie terrestre e a todos os objetos sobre ela, como edif\u00edcios, \u00e1rvores, carros etc. Esses valores de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser representados como uma porcentagem da eleva\u00e7\u00e3o da superf\u00edcie. Esses valores de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser representados por pontos, pixels ou malhas, dependendo do m\u00e9todo usado para criar o DSM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de dados : Os dados para criar um DSM podem ser coletados de v\u00e1rias fontes, como levantamentos topogr\u00e1ficos de campo, imagens a\u00e9reas ou de sat\u00e9lite, dados LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) ou outras t\u00e9cnicas de sensoriamento remoto. Os levantamentos LiDAR s\u00e3o particularmente populares para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de DSMs precisos e de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uso do DSM: O Modelo Digital de Superf\u00edcie \u00e9 usado em uma ampla gama de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, incluindo planejamento do uso da terra, cartografia, gerenciamento de recursos naturais, estudos ecol\u00f3gicos, planejamento urbano, gerenciamento de inunda\u00e7\u00f5es, engenharia civil, planejamento de redes de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o etc. Ele fornece informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as caracter\u00edsticas do terreno, a altura dos edif\u00edcios, as \u00e1reas com risco de inunda\u00e7\u00e3o, a inclina\u00e7\u00e3o do terreno, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diferen\u00e7as com o Modelo Digital do Terreno (DTM): \u00c9 importante n\u00e3o confundir o DTM com o Modelo Digital do Terreno (DTM). O DTM representa apenas a superf\u00edcie do terreno natural, sem levar em conta objetos como edif\u00edcios ou vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o. Em geral, o DTM \u00e9 obtido removendo-se do DSM os recursos a\u00e9reos, como pr\u00e9dios e \u00e1rvores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processamento de dados : A cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um DTM pode envolver um processamento de dados complexo para filtrar pontos desnecess\u00e1rios, reduzir ru\u00eddos, preencher lacunas e gerar uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua do terreno. V\u00e1rias t\u00e9cnicas de processamento, como interpola\u00e7\u00e3o, filtragem e fus\u00e3o de dados de v\u00e1rias fontes, podem ser usadas para criar um DSM de alta qualidade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Em resumo, o Modelo Digital de Superf\u00edcie (DSM) \u00e9 uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o digital completa de uma superf\u00edcie terrestre, incluindo recursos a\u00e9reos, como edif\u00edcios e \u00e1rvores. Ele \u00e9 amplamente usado no GIS para muitos aplicativos e fornece informa\u00e7\u00f5es valiosas sobre a topografia e a morfologia da paisagem.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dados classificados ou brutos?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A gera\u00e7\u00e3o de um DSM a partir de uma nuvem de pontos LIDAR pode ser muito simples ou mais complicada, dependendo do tipo de dados usados. Esses pontos s\u00e3o conhecidos como \u00ab\u00a0ru\u00eddo\u00a0\u00bb da nuvem. Conforme descrevemos na introdu\u00e7\u00e3o deste artigo, a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de um modelo de superf\u00edcie digital envolve um processo de interpola\u00e7\u00e3o. Embora o ru\u00eddo n\u00e3o seja um problema para alguns tratamentos, assim que se trata de interpolar valores, esses pontos afetam drasticamente o resultado. Uma ferramenta nativa do QGis, LAStools ou WhiteboxTools pode ser usada para gerar o DSM. Veremos isso no pr\u00f3ximo cap\u00edtulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqui, processaremos uma nuvem bruta com ru\u00eddo e usaremos o CloudCompare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e1lculo de um modelo digital de superf\u00edcie (DSM) com o CloudCompare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A vantagem de usar o CloudCompare para realizar esse processamento \u00e9 que voc\u00ea pode verificar visualmente a Primeiro, ela calcula a dist\u00e2ncia m\u00e9dia de cada ponto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos seus vizinhos (considerando k vizinhos mais pr\u00f3ximos para cada um &#8211; k \u00e9 o primeiro par\u00e2metro). Em seguida, ele rejeita os pontos que est\u00e3o mais distantes do que a dist\u00e2ncia m\u00e9dia mais um determinado n\u00famero de vezes o desvio padr\u00e3o (o segundo par\u00e2metro). Esse filtro pode ser visto como um filtro passa-baixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para estimar a superf\u00edcie (plana) subjacente, o usu\u00e1rio pode definir um raio ou um n\u00famero (constante) de vizinhos. O usu\u00e1rio tamb\u00e9m pode escolher entre um erro relativo (como o S.O.R.) e um erro absoluto. Os pontos isolados tamb\u00e9m podem ser exclu\u00eddos na mesma execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No nosso caso, usar o filtro SOR \u00e9 muito mais eficiente. No exemplo que estamos seguindo, com uma nuvem de pontos LIDAR n\u00e3o classificada, classificamos o ru\u00eddo como classe 7.
