D\u00e8s que le montant vis\u00e9 sera atteint, l&rsquo;article sera mis \u00e0 jours dans sa version compl\u00e8te.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Dans le cas o\u00f9 nous n&rsquo;atteindrions pas le montant vis\u00e9, nous enverrons la version compl\u00e8te \u00e0 tous les contributeurs.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Le contenu de l&rsquo;article indique, au jour d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, le contenu du projet pour les fichiers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigterritoires.fr\/index.php\/le-format-geopackage-et-qgis-3\/\">Geopackage<\/a>, \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue des multiples \u00e9changes avec nos contributeurs. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le format <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigterritoires.fr\/index.php\/affichage-des-cartes-marines-s57-dans-qgis-3-x\/\">S57<\/a> est complexe et ne respecte pas totalement les standards des formats SIG. Sa conversion avec GDAL est donc soit complexe, soit incompl\u00e8te. Dans cet article nous allons rentrer dans le d\u00e9tail de la transformation compl\u00e8te du S57 en tables de fichier Geopackage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les types de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00ab&nbsp;couches&nbsp;\u00bb S57 sont des classes d\u2019objets. Par exemple, les diff\u00e9rentes zones terrestres sont cod\u00e9es dans la classe d\u2019objets LNDARE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9finition de cette classe d\u2019objets est:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geo object: Land area (LNDARE) (P,L,A)<br>Attributes: CONDTN OBJNAM NOBJNM STATUS INFORM NINFOM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tous les objets LNDARE poss\u00e8dent les m\u00eames attributs, il n\u2019en est pas de m\u00eame du type de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie. L\u2019information (P,L,A) indique que, dans cette classe d\u2019objets on peut trouver des points, des lignes et des polygones. Contrairement aux standards SIG, les trois types de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie coexistent au sein de la m\u00eame classe d\u2019objets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quel qu\u2019il soit le format choisi pour l\u2019int\u00e9grer dans QGis, nous aurons \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une couche par type de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie. Si on ne le fait pas, GDAL va cr\u00e9er le type de couche en fonction de la premi\u00e8re entit\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e lors de la conversion. Si elle est de type point, la couche cr\u00e9\u00e9e sera de type point et les entit\u00e9s lignes et polygones seront ignor\u00e9es. De m\u00eame, si la premi\u00e8re est de type ligne, ce seront les points et les polygones qui seront ignor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut aussi noter que le format S57 n\u2019a aucune contrainte sur les classes d\u2019objets: si dans la zone couverte par le fichier S57 il n\u2019y a pas une classe d\u2019objet, il n\u2019y aura rien la concernant dans le fichier (pas de couche vide). De m\u00eame, s\u2019il n\u2019y a qu\u2019un type de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie pr\u00e9sente, alors que les trois types sont possibles, il n\u2019y aura pas de trace des autres types de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faudra alors d\u00e9composer le traitement d\u2019un fichier S57 avec ogr2ogr en trois \u00e9tapes, une pour chaque type de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie. Les options suivantes permettent de traiter chaque classe d\u2019objet S57 en ne s\u00e9lectionnant qu\u2019un type de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-where \u00ab&nbsp;OGR_GEOMETRY=\u2019POINT\u2019 or OGR_GEOMETRY=\u2019MULTIPOINT\u2019&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-where \u00ab&nbsp;OGR_GEOMETRY=\u2019LINESTRING\u2019 or OGR_GEOMETRY=\u2019MULTILINESTRING\u2019&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-where \u00ab&nbsp;OGR_GEOMETRY=\u2019POLYGON\u2019 or OGR_GEOMETRY=\u2019MULTIPOLYGON\u2019&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GDAL permet pour certains types de drivers de cr\u00e9er des pr\u00e9fixes dans les tables en sortie. Dans ce cas on pourrait cr\u00e9er toutes les tables (points, lignes, polygones) dans un seul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigterritoires.fr\/index.php\/le-format-geopackage-et-qgis-3\/\">geopackage<\/a>, en les pr\u00e9fixant par exemple avec pt_, li_ et pl_. Le probl\u00e8me est que le driver S57 de GDAL ne permet pas cette option. On doit alors cr\u00e9er trois geopackages distincts, dans lesquels les tables seront cr\u00e9\u00e9es selon le type de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie. Dans chaque geopackage il y aura alors une table de m\u00eame nom mais de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie diff\u00e9rente. Si cette solution est la plus simple, elle n\u2019est pas la plus \u00e9l\u00e9gante et pratique. Nous allons utiliser ici trois geopackages d\u2019import pour les commandes ogr2ogr dans lesquels nous allons importer les tables d\u2019un fichier S57. Nous les appellerons pointsENC, LinesENC et PolysENC. D\u2019autre part nous allons cr\u00e9er un geopackage unique appel\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigterritoires.fr\/index.php\/cartes-enc-dans-qgis-avec-postgis1\/\">ENC<\/a> pour la base de donn\u00e9es compl\u00e8te. Pour chaque carte ENC nous allons importer son contenu dans les trois geopackages d\u2019import avec ogr2ogr puis nous allons ex\u00e9cuter des scripts Python pour mettre \u00e0 jour la base de donn\u00e9es du geopackage ENC avec les nouvelles tables import\u00e9es. Nous sommes oblig\u00e9s d\u2019utiliser les scripts Python au lieu de requ\u00eates et fonctions SQL car la version SQL de SQLite, utilis\u00e9e pour les geopackages, est tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le premier fichier S57 \u00e0 importer le processus est le suivant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cr\u00e9ation du geopackage ENC, vide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chargement des classes d\u2019objets Point dans le geopackage pointsENC avec ogr2ogr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chargement des classes d\u2019objets Lignes dans le geopackage LinesENC avec ogr2ogr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chargement des classes d\u2019objets Polygone dans le geopackage PolysENC avec ogr2ogr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suppression des tables vides des trois geopackages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clonage des tables des trois geopackages d\u2019import dans le geopackage ENC, en pr\u00e9fixant les tables de pointsENC par pt_, de LinesENC par li_ et celles de PolysENC par pl_.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les fichiers S57 suivants, le processus est le suivant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chargement des classes d\u2019objets Point dans le geopackage pointsENC avec ogr2ogr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chargement des classes d\u2019objets Lignes dans le geopackage LinesENC avec ogr2ogr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chargement des classes d\u2019objets Polygone dans le geopackage PolysENC avec ogr2ogr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suppression des tables vides des trois geopackages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mise \u00e0 jour des tables existantes dans le geopackage ENC \u00e0 partir des trois geopackages d\u2019import ET<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clonage des tables des trois geopackages d\u2019import qui n\u2019\u00e9taient pas pr\u00e9sentes dans le geopackage ENC,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9tection et effacement des doublons \u00e9ventuels r\u00e9sultant de la mise \u00e0 jour des tables du geopackage ENC<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le traitement des sondes bathym\u00e9triques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sondes bathym\u00e9triques posent plusieurs probl\u00e8mes lors de la conversion de format. Le premier est que la valeur de profondeur n\u2019est pas une contenue dans un attribut, mais en tant que Z dans la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie (XYZ). Le deuxi\u00e8me c\u2019est que les sondes ne sont pas du type <strong><em>Point <\/em><\/strong>mais <strong><em>Multipoint<\/em><\/strong>. Pour avoir directement la valeur des sondes dans un champ attributaire, il faut donc ajouter deux param\u00e8tres \u00e0 la ligne de commande ogr2ogr:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class='stb-container Cette longueur est, a priori, d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le contenu du premier enregistrement trait\u00e9. r\u00e9sultat une s\u00e9rie de tables cr\u00e9\u00e9es dans chaque geopackage d\u2019import. Par contre il y aura des tables compl\u00e8tement vides. En effet, si le type de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie est possible pour une classe d\u2019objet, la table sera cr\u00e9\u00e9e mais s\u2019il n\u2019y a aucune occurrence dans le fichier S57 trait\u00e9, la table n\u2019aura aucun enregistrement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Charger plusieurs fichiers S57 en m\u00eame temps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lignes de commandes du paragraphe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent assument que vous avez un seul fichier S57 \u00e0 charger. Mais vous pouvez charger plusieurs fichiers simultan\u00e9ment. L\u2019utilisation des options -append -update font que vous pouvez traiter en boucle tous les fichiers .000 d\u2019un r\u00e9pertoire. Vous pouvez faire un copier-coller ou bien utiliser l\u2019ic\u00f4ne <strong>R\u00e9pertoire <\/strong>pour pointer sur le fichier .py. L\u2019indentation \u00e9tant cruciale pour les scripts Python, privil\u00e9giez cette deuxi\u00e8me option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suppression des tables vides et ajout du nom de la carte et de l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme nous l&rsquo;avons vu plus haute, lors de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution des commandes ogr2ogr, des tables vides sont cr\u00e9\u00e9es pour les couches o\u00f9 il n&rsquo;y a pas la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie demand\u00e9e dans la ligne de commande. Nous allons donc supprimer ces tables vides et profiter du script Python pour ajouter deux attributs \u00e0 toutes les tables: le nom de la carte ENC et l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de celle-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce qui est du nom, il peut \u00eatre utile dans la maintenance ult\u00e9rieure de la base de donn\u00e9es de pouvoir s\u00e9lectionner les entit\u00e9s correspondantes \u00e0 un fichier source S57. Cette information n&rsquo;est contenue dans aucun attribut du fichier S57. Nous devons donc la renseigner manuellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il en va de m\u00eame pour l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de la carte. Si un attribut est bien pr\u00e9vu dans le S57 pour rentrer l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de la carte \u00ab\u00a0papier\u00a0\u00bb, l\u2019attribut CSCALE dans la table (M_CSCL, il est bien rare que cette table et son attribut soient pr\u00e9sents dans les fichiers S57.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le nom de la carte est d&rsquo;une utilit\u00e9 relative, il n&rsquo;en va pas de m\u00eame de l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, car c&rsquo;est un crit\u00e8re indispensable dans la recherche de doublons. En effet, lors du m\u00e9lange des entit\u00e9s en provenance de plusieurs fichiers S57 il y aura une coexistence plus ou moins heureuse de donn\u00e9es issues de diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9chelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le code Python suivant permet de supprimer les tables vides d\u2019un sch\u00e9ma d\u2019import  et d&rsquo;ajouter deux attributs (enc_chart et scale) \u00e0 toutes les Pour les chargements ult\u00e9rieurs, si la table existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans le geopackage ENC, les enregistrements de la table du geopackage d\u2019import sont ajout\u00e9s aux enregistrements d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents dans ENC. Si, par contre, la table n\u2019existe pas encore, elle est cr\u00e9\u00e9e et aliment\u00e9e par les enregistrements du geopackage d\u2019import. par d\u00e9faut des tables d&rsquo;un geopackage est contenue dans une table nomm\u00e9e layer_styles qui n&rsquo;est cr\u00e9\u00e9e que si vous utilisez l&rsquo;option enregistrer par d\u00e9faut du bouton style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le clonage des tables dans le fichier ENC, la table n&rsquo;existe pas. Nous allons donc importer la table contenant toute la symbologie des cartes ENC. Pour cela; t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le geopackage layer_styles en cliquant ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce geopackage ne contient qu&rsquo;une table, nomm\u00e9e layer_styles, avec les symbologies de toutes les tables S57.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette symbologie utilise des symboles svg que vous devez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger sur votre machine. En cliquant ici vous t\u00e9l\u00e9chargerez un r\u00e9pertoire &lsquo;nautical&rsquo; contenant tous les symboles svg n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par d\u00e9faut, les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences aux symboles svg sont faites vers un r\u00e9pertoire &lsquo;C:\/nautical&rsquo;. Il faut donc, pour \u00e9viter des doublons et plus, nettoyer la base de donn\u00e9es apr\u00e8s chaque import de fichier S57.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais il y a deux types de doublons diff\u00e9rents. Mais la superposition de cartes d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente est \u00e0\u00e7 traiter diff\u00e9remment. La carte moins d\u00e9taill\u00e9 (petite \u00e9chelle) aura une s\u00e9lection des donn\u00e9es de la carte plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9 (grande \u00e9chelle). Dans ce deuxi\u00e8me cas il n&rsquo;est pas conseill\u00e9 de supprimer cette information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le code Python ci-apr\u00e8s va supprimer les \u00ab\u00a0vrais\u00a0\u00bb doublons.
