Gr\u00e2ce aux archives Sentinel-2 \u2014 disponibles depuis 2015 et actualis\u00e9es tous les 5 jours \u2014 il devient possible de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u00e9tecter les dynamiques saisonni\u00e8res (croissance, blanchissement, turbidit\u00e9),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifier les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019un \u00e9pisode m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique (cyclone, houle, fortes pluies),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rep\u00e9rer les tendances lentes (\u00e9rosion, envasement, d\u00e9gradation ou restauration).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette approche, appel\u00e9e <strong>analyse chronologique multi-dates<\/strong>, repose sur la comparaison d\u2019indices spectraux calcul\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur les m\u00eames zones : NDVI, MNDWI, BSI, mais aussi des indices class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour analyser plusieurs dates simultan\u00e9ment, on cr\u00e9e ce qu\u2019on appelle un <strong>cube temporel<\/strong> : un fichier raster multi-bandes o\u00f9 chaque bande correspond \u00e0 une date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bande 1 \u2192 NDVI du 22\/01\/2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bande 2 \u2192 NDVI du 06\/06\/2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bande 3 \u2192 NDVI du 25\/08\/2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet empilement permet :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de visualiser une animation directement dans QGIS,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de calculer la <strong>variation temporelle<\/strong> (\u0394NDVI, \u0394BSI, \u0394MNDWI),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de rep\u00e9rer automatiquement les anomalies (chute brutale de NDVI = \u00e9v\u00e9nement perturbateur).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois les indices empil\u00e9s, plusieurs analyses deviennent possibles :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Variation_absolue\"><\/span><em>Variation absolue<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On calcule simplement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<br>\\(<br>\\Delta NDVI = NDVI_{\\text{date2}} &#8211; NDVI_{\\text{date1}}<br>\\)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<br>Cela permet de mettre en \u00e9vidence :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une baisse de NDVI sur les r\u00e9cifs (blanchissement ou turbidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une hausse li\u00e9e \u00e0 la repousse des herbiers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une augmentation de BSI li\u00e9e \u00e0 des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts s\u00e9dimentaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" NDVI_{d1}}{NDVI_{d1}}<br>\\)\n\n\n\n<p>.<br>Plus sensible aux changements sur les zones d\u00e9j\u00e0 peu v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Detection_danomalies\"><\/span><em>D\u00e9tection d\u2019anomalies<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On compare une date r\u00e9cente \u00e0 la m\u00e9diane sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>zones anormalement claires \u2192 blanchissement potentiel,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zones anormalement fonc\u00e9es \u2192 turbidit\u00e9, pollution ou s\u00e9dimentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span une <strong>animation temporelle<\/strong> de l\u2019\u00e9volution des indices :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>on active le mode temporel,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on charge chaque indice multi-dates,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>QGIS joue les dates comme des images successives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette visualisation est tr\u00e8s efficace pour montrer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la mont\u00e9e en turbidit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une forte pluie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration progressive d\u2019un herbier,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le transport de s\u00e9diments apr\u00e8s une houle cyclonique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Id\u00e9al pour la communication, le suivi scientifique ou l\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr n\u00e9gatif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les herbiers<\/strong> : NDVI mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment positif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les mangroves<\/strong> : NDVI \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les zones sableuses<\/strong> : BSI positif, NDVI tr\u00e8s faible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les eaux turbides<\/strong> : MNDWI fluctuant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En combinant ces signatures avec une analyse multi-dates, on peut suivre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l\u2019extension ou la r\u00e9gression des herbiers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le blanchissement saisonnier ou post-cyclonique des coraux,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019\u00e9volution des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts sableux dans les lagons,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la turbidit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s les crues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr
