Nous avons vu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sigterritoires.fr\/index.php\/analyse-exploratoire-des-donnees-pour-la-geostatistiqueles-histogrammes\">les histogrammes<\/a>, nous verrons maintenant les QQ-Plots.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les QQ-Plots (ou diagrammes Quantile-Quantile) sont des graphiques dans lesquels les quantiles de deux distributions sont trac\u00e9s l&rsquo;un par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre.<\/p>\n<h2>Construction d&rsquo;un QQ-Plot normal<\/h2>\n<p>On appelle <em><strong>QQ-Plot normal<\/strong><\/em> le diagramme qui permet de comparer la distribution des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;un lot \u00e0 la distribution dite <em><strong>normale <\/strong><\/em>ou <em><strong>gaussienne<\/strong><\/em>. On trace les points avec en abscisse les valeurs du lot et en ordonn\u00e9es les pourcentages. Dans cet exemple pour la valeur 2 dans nos donn\u00e9es on a 21% (0,21) de valeurs inf\u00e9rieures pr\u00e9sentes dans le lot (et donc 79% de valeurs sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 2).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">B-<\/span> <\/strong>On trace la fonction gaussienne avec en abscisse les \u00e9carts-type et en ordonn\u00e9es le pourcentage de fr\u00e9quence inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 cette valeur. On trace les points avec en ordonn\u00e9es les valeurs du lot et en abscisse les pourcentages. Dans cet exemple pour la valeur 2 dans nos donn\u00e9es on a 21% (0,21) de valeurs inf\u00e9rieures pr\u00e9sentes dans le lot.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">B &#8211;<\/span><\/strong> Le deuxi\u00e8me lot de donn\u00e9es est trait\u00e9 de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Dans cet exemple pour la valeur 15 dans nos donn\u00e9es on a 37% (0,37) de valeurs inf\u00e9rieures pr\u00e9sentes dans le lot. Vous observerez qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de valeur dans le lot avec une fr\u00e9quence de 0,21 comme dans le premier lot de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">C-<\/span><\/strong>On r\u00e9alise le QQ-Plot :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pour chaque donn\u00e9e du lot A on prend sa valeur (DV1),<\/li>\n<li>on cherche le pourcentage du graphique A,<\/li>\n<li>avec ce pourcentage, on passe au\u00a0 graphique B et on obtient la valeur du lot B correspondante (DV2), soit en la prenant directement si elle existe, soit en interpolant entre les deux valeurs qui l&rsquo;englobent, comme dans l&rsquo;exemple ci-dessus.<\/li>\n<li>on trace le point en utilisant DV2 en abscisse et DV1 en ordonn\u00e9es,<\/li>\n<li>pour chaque donn\u00e9e du lot B on prend sa valeur (DV2),<\/li>\n<li>on cherche le pourcentage du graphique B,<\/li>\n<li>avec ce pourcentage, on passe au\u00a0 graphique A et on obtient la valeur du lot A correspondante (DV1), soit en la prenant directement si elle existe, soit en interpolant entre les deux valeurs qui l&rsquo;englobent, comme dans l&rsquo;exemple ci-dessus.<\/li>\n<li>on trace le point en utilisant DV2 en abscisse et DV1 en ordonn\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"\">Contrairement au QQ-Plot normal, on ne peut pas tracer de droite th\u00e9orique car on ne connait pas la fonction de distribution des lots A et B. Par contre, si les deux distributions sont exactement les m\u00eames, les points seront align\u00e9s sur une droite. Dans l&rsquo;exemple ci-dessus (Depth-Distance) ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;exemple suivant c&rsquo;est une correspondance parfaite (puisque c&rsquo;est la m\u00eame QQ-Plots<\/h2>\n<p>On va r\u00e9p\u00e9ter ici ce que l&rsquo;on a dit pour les histogrammes:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"\">Certaines m\u00e9thodes de krigeage fonctionnent mieux si les donn\u00e9es sont approximativement distribu\u00e9es normalement (la courbe en forme de cloche).<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"\">En particulier, les cartes de quantiles et de probabilit\u00e9 utilisant le krigeage ordinaire, simple et universel supposent que les donn\u00e9es proviennent d&rsquo;une distribution normale.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"\">Comme nous l&rsquo;avons vu dans l&rsquo;article pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, le krigeage repose \u00e9galement sur l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se de la stationnarit\u00e9.<\/span> <span class=\"\">Cette hypoth\u00e8se exige, en partie, que toutes les valeurs des donn\u00e9es proviennent de distributions qui ont la m\u00eame variabilit\u00e9.<\/span> <span class=\"\">Nous observons souvent dans la nature que, lorsque les valeurs augmentent, leur variabilit\u00e9 augmente.<\/span> <span class=\"\">Les <strong>transformations<\/strong> des donn\u00e9es source peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour rendre vos donn\u00e9es normalement distribu\u00e9es et satisfaire l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se d&rsquo;une variabilit\u00e9 \u00e9gale pour tout l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/span><\/span>\u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nous allons donc rechercher les m\u00eames choses qu&rsquo;avec les histogrammes, mais avec les QQ-Plot ce sera plus facile.<\/p>\n<p>Si nous prenons la variable <em><strong>Depth<\/strong><\/em>, utilis\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;histogramme et nous tra\u00e7ons son QQ-Plot normal on a:<\/p>\n<p><a distinctes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A- Des points \u00e0 gauche de la droite th\u00e9orique, tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9s de celle-ci<\/li>\n<li>B- Des points \u00e0 droite de la droite th\u00e9orique, puis<\/li>\n<li>C- Des points \u00e0 gauche , \u00e0 nouveau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La forme g\u00e9n\u00e9rale peut \u00eatre assimil\u00e9e \u00e0 un S.<\/p>\n<p>Les informations que nous pouvons trouver \u00e0 parti de la forme g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la courbe des points concernent essentiellement ce qui a trait aux coefficients de forme: l&rsquo;\u00e9talement (skewness) et l\u2019aplatissement (kurtosis). De plus on peut tout de suite voir si nos donn\u00e9es suivent une courbe mono ou bi-modale.<\/p>\n<h3>Observation de l&rsquo;\u00e9talement<\/h3>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, sur l&rsquo;\u00e9talement (<em><strong>skewness<\/strong><\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons trois grands types de distribution: normale, d\u00e9plac\u00e9e \u00e0 gauche (vers les petites valeurs de nos donn\u00e9es),
