C\u2019est toujours un flux unidimensionnel: toute l\u2019eau de la cellule passe vers une et une seule autre cellule. Si dans la m\u00e9thode D8, le flux est calcul\u00e9 selon la pente la plus importante entre la cellule consid\u00e9r\u00e9e et ses 8 cellules contigu\u00ebs, dans la m\u00e9thode Rho8 on va introduire un facteur al\u00e9atoire, calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;orientation de la cellule centrale et de la direction des deux cellules contigu\u00ebs qui se situent dans cette direction.<\/p>\n<p>Dans QGis vous utiliserez, dans la fen\u00eatre de traitements-> SAGA -> Terrain analysis-Hydrology -> Catchment area (parallel)<br \/>\n<a la concentration sur les 8 directions principales (0,45,90,135,&#8230;) est nettement moins marqu\u00e9e. Par contre, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que nous sommes sur un sph\u00e8re parfaite, l&rsquo;eau devrait s&rsquo;\u00e9couler de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne et non sous forme de \u00ab\u00a0fils\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour mieux comprendre ce commentaire, nous allons passer \u00e0 une autre m\u00e9thode de calcul.<\/p>\n<h2>Troisi\u00e8me m\u00e9thode : Multiple Flow Direction (MFD) aussi d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e FD8<\/h2>\n<p>Contrairement aux deux m\u00e9thodes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, l&rsquo;\u00e9coulement \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;une cellule ne se fait pas en direction d&rsquo;une et une seule cellule. Si on zoome, on s\u2019aper\u00e7oit que la structure en 8 imprime un certain tramage. En effet, m\u00eame si les flux sont multiples, il sont calcul\u00e9s de centre de la cellule centrale aux centres des cellules contigu\u00ebs.
