Mais comme on le voit dans le sch\u00e9ma, le capteur du satellite mesure deux choses en m\u00eame temps: la lumi\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie par nos cibles \u00e0 la surface de la terre, plus la lumi\u00e8re diffus\u00e9e par les particules en suspension dans l&rsquo;air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut pousser la correction atmosph\u00e9rique des images satellites pour enlever la partie de lumi\u00e8re due \u00e0 la diffusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme nous l&rsquo;avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit, ceci n&rsquo;a d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat que si vous travaillez sur des images s\u00e9par\u00e9es dans le temps. Le pourcentage de diffusion \u00e9tant le m\u00eame pour l&rsquo;ensemble d&rsquo;une image, c&rsquo;est du temps perdu de faire cette correction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Le mode d&#8217;emploi pour effectuer cette correction sur les images Landsat est disponible \u00e0 l&rsquo;adresse ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais si vous \u00eates d\u00e9butant, vous aurez du mal \u00e0 comprendre la marche \u00e0 suivre. Nous allons la voir ici, en utilisant les outils de QGis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Methode DOS (<br>Dark Object Subtraction)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode que nous allons voir est la plus couramment employ\u00e9e. <br>La soustraction d&rsquo;objets noirs est une m\u00e9thode de correction atmosph\u00e9rique empirique simple pour l&rsquo;imagerie satellitaire, qui suppose que la r\u00e9flectance des objets sombres inclut une composante importante de la diffusion atmosph\u00e9rique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concept est simple: si on a un objet compl\u00e8tement noir, et donc qui ne r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit pas du tout de lumi\u00e8re, cet objet qui devrait avoir une valeur de 0 r\u00e9flectance va avoir une valeur non nulle au niveau du capteur satellite. Cette valeur sera la r\u00e9flectance due aux particules pr\u00e9sentes dans l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soustraction d&rsquo;objets sombres recherche dans chaque bande la valeur de pixel la plus sombre. La diffusion est supprim\u00e9e en soustrayant cette valeur de chaque pixel de la bande. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premi\u00e8re chose: la correction que nous allons faire ne s&rsquo;applique qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re visible et le proche infra-rouge. Nous travaillerons donc, pour les images Landsat 8, sur les bandes 2 (Bleu), 3 (vert), 4 (Rouge) et 5 (proche infra-rouge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me chose \u00e0 savoir: le principe utilis\u00e9 est de calculer la diffusion pour la bande 4 (rouge) et d&rsquo;utiliser une formule de correspondance pour d\u00e9terminer la correction pour les autres trois bandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me chose: nous allons travailler avec les bandes 2,3,4 et 5 en r\u00e9flectance TOA mais aussi en radiance brute (DN) pour la bande 4 (rouge). Dans le mode d&#8217;emploi cit\u00e9 plus haut ceci n&rsquo;appara\u00eet pas du premier coup d\u2019\u0153il. Voyons la proc\u00e9dure pas \u00e0 pas:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- on calcule la r\u00e9flectance TOA pour les quatre bandes avec la formule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>TOAbande =((DN * 0.00002)-0.1)\/sin(\u00e9l\u00e9vation solaire)<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:-2px\">2- en analysant les valeurs de radiance brute (DN) de la bande rouge, nous allons d\u00e9terminer une radiance due \u00e0 la diffusion atmosph\u00e9rique (DNred)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- nous transformons cette radiance en r\u00e9flectance TOA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>CORred=((DNred * 0.00002)-0.1)\/sin(\u00e9l\u00e9vation solaire)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- avec un abaque on entre cette diffusion de la bande rouge et on obtient la diffusion pour les bandes 2,3 et 5 (CORbleu, CORvert, CORir)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5-on soustrait les valeurs obtenues des r\u00e9flectances de TOA pour obtenir les valeurs de r\u00e9flectance des 4 bandes corrig\u00e9es de l&rsquo;effet atmosph\u00e9rique.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rrouge= TOA(rouge)-CORred<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rbleue= TOA(bleu)-CORbleu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rvert= TOA(vert)-CORvert<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rir= TOA(ir)-CORir<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voyons en d\u00e9tail les \u00e9tapes 2 et 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calcul de la diffusion de la bande rouge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a plusieurs m\u00e9thodes pour d\u00e9terminer la correction \u00e0 apporter \u00e0 la bande rouge. La m\u00e9thode conseill\u00e9e est celle dite de la <strong>Bin 5 &#8211; 0.008. <\/strong>Vous trouverez ici une description d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de la m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pratique, avec QGis, noius allons utiliser l&rsquo;histogramme de la bande pour d\u00e9terminer la valeur de seuil de la diffusion atmosph\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- Vous devez d&rsquo;abord ex\u00e9cuter l&rsquo;outil <strong>Statistiques de la couche raster <\/strong>sur les donn\u00e9es de la bande 4 (rouge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a recommand\u00e9. Si l&rsquo;histogramme est au format ligne, cliquez sur <strong>Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences \/ Actions<\/strong> et d\u00e9cochez la case <strong>Tracer comme lignes<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un histogramme au format barre appara\u00eetra. L\u2019histogramme QGIS ne repr\u00e9sente pas \/ ne montre pas toutes les valeurs comme l\u2019histogramme ArcGIS, mais il affiche bien la forme qui peut \u00eatre appropri\u00e9e pour \u00e9tablir une valeur de dispersion qui repr\u00e9sente la base de l\u2019histogramme (en cas d\u2019augmentation relativement abrupte des fr\u00e9quences).&nbsp; Les \u00e9tapes suivantes montrent comment l&rsquo;histogramme QGIS peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour \u00e9tablir la dispersion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passez le curseur de la souris sur l&rsquo;histogramme pour afficher une loupe. Faites glisser la loupe sur l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;histogramme pour lancer le zoom sur la base de l&rsquo;histogramme.
