Do not panic! A public account will give you access. It only takes two minutes, is free and does not commit you to anything in particular.
To create a public account, go to the registration site<\/a> , and click on the button \u201cCREATE A PUBLIC ACCOUNT\u201d. Do not trust what you see when you load a layer<\/strong>. Often what you see is all that corresponds to the layer. Besides, there are exceptions, and it would be a shame to miss them.
