Il utilise QGis dans sa version 3.20 et le plugin SCP dans sa version 7.3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Le but de ce tutoriel est de trouver un moyen de multiplier les trois bandes RGB des images a\u00e9riennes en utilisant des calculs de texture de sol et de l\u2019analyse en composantes principales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Pour compl\u00e9ter ce tutoriel, nous verrons ici comment d\u00e9finir les m\u00e9thodes de classification supervis\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>On a deux types de calculs, compl\u00e9mentaires, pour classer les images. Nous utiliserons, si n\u00e9cessaire, un algorithme de calcul des distances spectrales de chaque pixel de notre image globale par rapport au signatures spectrales retenues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ind\u00e9pendamment de ces distances, on utilise une m\u00e9thode de classification d\u2019occupation des sols pour d\u00e9cider l\u2019affectation d\u2019une classe \u00e0 chaque pixel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, toutes les combinaisons sont possibles. Voyons ces deux types de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s en d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Les algorithmes de classification<\/a><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons trois algorithmes de classification&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u2019algorithme de la distance minimale<\/li><li>L\u2019algorithme de maximum de vraisemblance<\/li><li>L\u2019algorithme du calcul de l\u2019angle spectral<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Algorithme de la distance minimale<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est la m\u00e9thode la plus simple. On aura alors, pour chaque classe et chaque bande une courbe de probabilit\u00e9s avec une moyenne et un \u00e9cart type donn\u00e9s. Pour chaque valeur de pixel on cherche la probabilit\u00e9 correspondante et on retient la classe avec la plus forte probabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Algorithme du calcul de l\u2019angle spectral<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque classe de signature spectrale peut \u00eatre trac\u00e9e en fonction des diff\u00e9rentes paires de bandes. On retiendra la classe correspondante au plus petit angle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Cette m\u00e9thode est insensible \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9clairage puisque l\u2019algorithme SAM utilise uniquement la direction du vecteur et non la longueur du vecteur.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Les m\u00e9thodes de classification<\/a><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>La m\u00e9thode Land Cover Signature Classification (LCS)<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette classification permet de d\u00e9finir des seuils spectraux pour chaque signature d\u2019entra\u00eenement (une valeur minimale et une valeur maximale pour chaque bande). Les seuils de chaque signature d\u2019entr\u00e9e d\u2019entra\u00eenement d\u00e9finissent une r\u00e9gion spectrale appartenant \u00e0 une certaine classe de couverture du sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les signatures spectrales des pixels d\u2019image sont compar\u00e9es aux signatures spectrales d\u2019entra\u00eenement ; un pixel appartient \u00e0 la classe X si la signature spectrale des pixels est enti\u00e8rement contenue dans la r\u00e9gion spectrale d\u00e9finie par la classe X. Les r\u00e9gions spectrales d\u00e9finies par l\u2019utilisateur d\u00e9finissent trois classes (ga, gb et gc). Le pixel&nbsp; p1 appartient \u00e0 la classe ga et le pixel p2 \u00e0 la classe gb. Cependant, le pixel p3 se trouve \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des r\u00e9gions spectrales des deux classes gb et gc (r\u00e9gions qui se chevauchent); dans ce cas, le pixel p3 sera non classifi\u00e9 ou class\u00e9 selon un algorithme de classification suppl\u00e9mentaire. Il est le classificateur initial. Cette m\u00e9thode assigne un pixel dans une classe seulement si les valeurs de celui-ci dans chacune des bandes entrent dans la \u00ab\u00a0gamme\u00a0\u00bb de la signature spectrale de cette classe (comme on peut le voir dans la figure), si elle n\u2019entre dans aucune classe, le pixel n\u2019est attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 aucune classe (\u00ab\u00a0Non class\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb), si la signature du pixel correspond \u00e0 plusieurs classes (\u00ab\u00a0superposition\u00a0\u00bb) il n\u2019est pas non plus attribu\u00e9, m\u00eame si une seule valeur dans une bande qui diff\u00e8re de la signature de la classe reste non class\u00e9e. C\u2019est pourquoi lorsque nous ex\u00e9cutons une classification uniquement avec cette m\u00e9thode, il nous reste de vastes zones non class\u00e9es. Les pixels non class\u00e9s par LCS restent non class\u00e9s.
